Siksè (pronounced Sick-say) is the Haitian Creole word for success. In modern times it is paramount that we change the  way success is measured, especially for women. Success no longer focuses only on money and power, it also encompasses everything that makes life worth living. 

Our mission at Siksè Women is to focus on redefining what success means to the Caribbean woman.
